The High Priest himself Father John Misty is heading back to Australia this year as a headline act for Meredith Music Festival‘s 25th anniversary, and now the crooner has also announced an extra set of tour dates for when he visits this December.
The former Fleet Foxes stick man will be touting love tunes from his most excellent latest record I Love You, Honeybear when he hits stages in Brisbane, Melbourne, a special show at the Sydney Opera House as well as Berry’s new Fairgrounds Festival.
The master of irony coupled will also lend his heavenly set of pipes to tunes from his 2012 album Fear Fun and is sure charm with a wit as sharp as his suits.
Meredith Music Festival will return to its usual stomping grounds near Golden Plains in Victoria on 11th, 12th and 13th December this year. Other acts on the lineup include Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Ratatat, Neon Indian, Tkay Maidza, Shellac, Fatback Band and many more.
