It’s been a year since over 140 bands, artists and DJs rallied together for a series of sixteen fundraisers across Sydney, all in the name of “Save FBi”.
These wildly successful gigs were born of necessity and helped save the station. Along the way, the idea of an annual mid winter showcase of what Sydney sounds like was born. FBi are proud to announce four shows in July that highlight Sydney’s best local music and arts, across a variety of venues.
Friday 9th July – Oxford Art Factory
CUDDLE PUDDLE
Kicking off the festivities is CUDDLE PUDDLE, a late night, all you can eat smorgasbord of dance. FBi’s resident DJs team up to take over both rooms at Oxford Art Factory, with electro, tropical house and disco the flavor of the night in the main room, and wonky, dub step & bass heavy beats the cherry on top in the side bar.
11.30pm till late. $8 supporters / $10 non supporters / $13 on the door. All proceeds go to FBi Radio.

There’s something for everyone at Choose Your Own Adventure, our all ages, daytime festival within a festival. We’ll be taking over all rooms, corners, stairwells, nooks and crannies in The Factory Theatre to bring you a huge lineup of comedy, art and DJs, as well as your favourite established and emerging Sydney bands. Fall down the rabbit hole with us on a journey through this city’s music, arts & culture.

STOLEN RECORDS GALA BALL
Returning after a sellout show last year during last year’s Save FBi, Sydney’s hip hop community is banding together and donning their finest to bring you the Stolen Records Gala Ball. Hosted by FBi’s own Shantan Wantan Ichiban, dust off your tux and grab a date, we promise a night you won’t forget.

THE FINAL FLING
“Sydney Sounds Like…” wraps up with a bang, at the biggest show of them all. The Final Fling fills both rooms of The Metro Theatre for one huge night with all your favourite bands and DJs, from the brightest up and comers to the world conquering Presets. Bring your date or hook up for one hell of a fling, at the most satisfying one night stand you’ll ever have.
