Turning 10 is a big moment for everyone, and loved-up Sydney-based community radio station FBi is no different. But for this party there’s no pass the parcel, pin the tail on the donkey or nap time – FBi’s 10th birthday bash so far boasts 35 massive live music performances from the likes of The Presets, Hermitude, Urthboy, Seekae, Decoder Ring and The Preatures spread across 4 stages all taking place at Carriageworks.
This will be the biggest celebration organised by the cats from FBi in all its years of existence. The night will be headlined by Aussie EDM sweethearts The Presets as well as Aussie hip hop leaders Hermitude and Urthboy. As you can see in the below line up, the big names just keep on coming with performances also locked in for Spit Syndicate, The Laurels, Thundamentals and World’s End Press, with even more to be announced.
First release tickets to the shindig are now available, and all tickets purchased come with the peace of mind that you’re giving a little bit back to a community station that has done the heavy lifting for so many of the Australian artists you enjoy on the regular. All the bands performing did their bit by waiving their usual booking fee for a greater cause, so pony up, kids – if they can get behind it, you can too!
