Feelings Reunites Philadelphia Grand Jury (Sort Of) For New Album ‘Be Kind, Unwind’

If you’ve been missing Philadelphia Grand Jury since the outfit announced their hiatus back in 2011, we’ve got good news for you – Philly Jays original members Simon “Berkfinger” Berckelman, Joel Beeson and Dan Williams have reunited under the name Feelings and are set to drop a brand-new album this October.

Berkfinger has been touring and releasing tunes solo under the Feelings moniker for a while now, but for this debut album of sorts, it’s definitely a three-way effort. The record is entitled Be Kind, Unwind and is proceeded by lead single New York Summer (below), an ode to love gone bad, which is available to purchase this Friday, 6th September.

Be Kind, Unwind will see collaborations with members of other local favourites Dappled Cities and I Heart Hiroshima and generally promises that Feelings will fill the gap the Philly Jays left in our hearts two years ago. It hits a record store near you on Friday, 25th October via Create/Control.
