UPDATE: The 2018 FOMO Festival lineup has now been announced.
ORIGINAL STORY: After promising a bigger and better event in 2017, FOMO Festival has announced that it will return for a second year, but this time around it won’t just be going down in Brisbane.
The one stage, no clashes festival will be heading to Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide next year, making sure that more of Australia can keep its New Year’s Eve celebrations continuing well into January.
In 2016 the festival brought a killer inaugural lineup to Brisbane’s Riverstage, featuring the likes of RL Grime, Skepta, Jamie xx and local heroes Tkay Maidza and Flight Facilities. While the 2017 lineup isn’t with us just yet, the festival has a deal for those of you who trust that they’re going to deliver the goods once again.
For one week only there will be a ‘NO-FOMO’ ticket available for purchase, offering punters early tickets so that they don’t miss out once everyone gets a hold of the inevitably mammoth lineup. Brisbane and Sydney punters will be offered ‘NO-FOMO’ tickets at a cheaper price of $79, while festival-goers in Adelaide can pick them up for $59.
The tickets are on sale now, and you can check out the dates for FOMO’s 2017 events in Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide, below.
UPDATE 31/08/16: A ‘leaked’ FOMO 2017 lineup has turned out to be a fake, but here’s when the official one is set to be announced.
