Full Lineup Revealed For King Parrot’s ‘Thrash, Blast & Grind’ Festival

The full lineup for a new Aussie metal festival curated by Melbourne rockers King Parrot has been revealed.

The festival tour, aptly titled Thrash, Blast and Grind, is set to kick off in February 2017, and will feature a slew of local legends, joining King Parrot themselves.

The full lineup includes Tasmania-hailing outfit Psycroptic, US thrash act Revocation, Melbourne five-piece death metal dudes Whoretopsy and Sydney up-and-comers Black Rheno.

“We’ve wanted to put on a great value tour with awesome local and international bands for some time now” says Youngy from King Parrot. “Thrash, Blast and Grind Fest has given us this opportunity. With this full lineup announced we’re proud to stand behind a new fest that is diverse, good value for money and in the best venues in Australia.”

So although it probably doesn’t need to be said, King Parrot are calling on everyone to “prepare yourself for a summer of thrashin’, blastin’ and grindin’!”

Thrash, Blast and Grind is also bringing on a local band in each city to open the show for everyone. Catch the full lineup alongside ticket details, below.
