Local boys Ghoul have just been announced as the support act for Brooklyn’s Yeasayer for their upcoming club shows off the back of their appearance at Laneway Festival. One of the most exciting and talk provoking bands to come out of Sydney in recent years, Ghoul, who are set to release their highly anticipated mini-album Dunks next month, have been copping praise from all angles, with blogs, street press and even PVT drummer Laurence ‘Larry’ Pike heaping acclaim and love on the band with the frightening enthusiasm of cult followers.
The band will also be playing at Double Dragon III at The Oxford Art Factory this Friday 21st of January, with Larry Pike filling in on drums for an AWOL Andrew Hannaford.
