Known impresser of both Justin Vernon and Troy Sivan, Gordi continues to make it rain with her brand new Clever Disguise EP, unveiling today the official music video for Wanting. Gordi has also announced her return to home stages for a run of East Coast dates throughout August.
Released back in May, Clever Disguise has gone down a treat with Gordi’s swelling fanbase. Wanting in particular has enjoyed a healthy dose of airtime. The track, which was produced by well regarded Sigur Ros-collaborator Alex Somers, has been attributed a black and white visual component that takes a different angle on the whole “Mirror, mirror on the wall” jibe.
Following an extended prior tour busting skills and taking names abroad, Gordi has marked her return home for a brief, but no doubt effective, run of headline dates. EP and fan favourite single in hand, Sophie Payten A.K.A Gordi will be making her way through Sydney, Melbourne and Brissy.
