Husky Announce Homecoming ‘Tidal Wave’ 2012 Tour

Husky have had one hell of a year. Becoming the first Australian band to ever sign to the iconic Seattle label Sub-Pop that boasts acts such as The Shins, Iron & Wine and The Postal Service, there is no denying its pulling power. The Melbourne group are currently living the life in the United States, celebrating the release of their debut album Forever So. The band will then head to Europe before heading home for a homecoming tour that will be one to remember.

In addition to the band’s intimate tour dates is their slot on the massive Gentleman of the Road festival, which will see them join the likes of Mumford & Sons, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Sarah Blasko, Matt Corby and Willy Mason for a memorable performance in Dungog, New South Wales.

Their ‘Tidal Wave Tour’ is in aid of their new single, Tidal Wave, which has seen fans of the Shins discover their new favourite band. Tidal Wave is available to listen to below.
