Blues rocker Dan Sultan, Melbourne band Husky and rockers The Delta Riggs lead the second crop of acts announced today as the newest additions to the 2014 Queenscliff Music Festival lineup.
Also appearing at the festival will be dynamic blues and roots outfit Blue Shaddy, dream trio Dyson Stringer Cloher, Gold Coast’s Tijuana Cartel, rising star Tkay Maidza, The Shaolin Afronauts, Steve Smyth and Marlon Williams.
They will play alongside the previously announced acts which include ARIA-charting act The Jezabels, Victorian local Xavier Rudd, folk group The Waifs, Australian country music queen Kasey Chambers, alternative rock legends The Church and a bunch more.
The third ticket release for the annual festival, which will take place on 28th November and finish up on 30th November, is now underway. This year Queenscliff HQ are also offering a new SundayFerry & Ticket package at $90, which gets you a return foot-passenger ticket on the Ferry between Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula and Queenscliff, along with a Sunday festival ticket.
Festival Director Andrew Orvis has previously said Queenscliff Music Festival will this year play host to a few hand-picked international acts with those names still to be announced. Stay tuned to Music Feeds for all the news as it comes to hand.
