Jimmy Eat World Extra Melbourne Show Added

Following an overwhelming response from fans, Jimmy Eat World have announced the addition of a second Melbourne show to their highly anticipated Australia and New Zealand Futures 10 Year Anniversary Tour. The added show will take place on Tuesday, 18th November at the Forum Theatre.

The Arizona favourites are taking to the road to celebrate a decade since the release of their beloved fifth studio album, Futures. The 10 Year Anniversary Tour is a chance for Aussie fans to see some of Jimmy Eat World’s most enduring songs come to life as the band play through the classic album in its entirety.

The band was recently in the country for Soundwave 2014, marking their second appearance at the festival. While in the country, they embarked on a series of headline dates with Panic! At The Disco and Alkaline Trio. Music Feeds reviewer Maya Rose praised their Sydney show as a “definitive success“.

The band’s upcoming Australian appearances will be their first solo headlining tour dates since they visited back in 2011. Tickets for Jimmy Eat World’s newly announced Melbourne performance are on sale now, with tickets to dates in Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Brisbane, and Sydney sure to sell out soon.
