Josh Homme’s Daughter Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Him

Last week, two separate judges denied a restraining order against Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme, filed by ex-wife Brody Dalle on behalf of their sons, 10-year-old Orrin and five-year-old Wolf.

The documents accused Homme of incidents of physically and emotionally abusive behaviour against Orrin and Wolf, with the boys reportedly claiming they were scared of their father. Homme, speaking through his attorney, called the claims “categorically false” and said he would not be making any further statement.

Now, TMZ is reporting that a judge has granted Homme’s 15-year-old daughter Camille a temporary restraining order against him which will mean Homme will be required to stay at least 100 yards away from her until an official hearing takes place later this month.

Camille’s filing reportedly echoes many of the claims made in her brothers’ dismissed application. Those include that Homme allegedly “abuses them physically and emotionally with flicks to the ear, put-downs, threats against their mother/her BF and groping of the boys’ privates,” writes TMZ.

Homme has denied the claims once again, with his attorney saying “We believe [the restraining order] was filed in retaliation for Josh obtaining a TRO against [Dalle] for her physical abuse of Josh, among other things involving the children.”

Homme and Dalle each accused one another of domestic violence following their separation in late 2019, filing mutual restraining orders against each other.
