Kimbra Is Playing A Free Show In Sydney This Month

Surprise! New Zealand pop bae Kimbra is playing a sneaky free show in Sydney this month.

The Kiwi songstress hasn’t announced anything about the gig herself, but according to the official Darling Harbour website, Kimbra will be headlining a free festival on Sunday, 11th December at the Harbour’s Tumbalong Park Stage to toast the iconic landmark’s new facelift.

“Roving the crowds will be insects on stilts, oversized seagulls and bouncing, dancing ladybugs, and crafty kids can make leaves and flowers at the Origami Garden,” the event description reads. “Check out the brand new teens’ water play area, revitalised Tumbalong Park and the Tumbalong Boulevard, which is now open for strolling.”

Kimbra will be performing atop a random bill that also features the Hot Potato Band, the Jannawi Dance Clan and The Jitterbugs.

So yeah. There you go. Merry bloody Christmas!
