King Street Carnival Announces 2022 Lineup And Rescheduled Dates

After an unfortunate false start back in June due to COVID-19, The Music and Booze Co. have given us the whole dang lineup for their much-anticipated King Street Carnival, as well as more details surrounding the massive takeover of Sydney’s Inner West.

Building on the success and familiarity of the King Street Crawl, the new King Street Carnival is set to elevate one of the Inner West’s most iconic calendar events.

From Friday, 14th January to Sunday, 16th January, a massive variety of acts will take to some of the Inner West’s most iconic spots at the Sydney Park Amphitheatre and Camperdown Memorial Rest Park.

They’ve snagged some of the best, including Hiatus Kaiyote, Yothu YindiYou Am I, Confidence Man, Horrorshow, Middle Kids, and more for the three-day party, and what better way to say sayonara to this last year than to kick off the new year watching some of the best live acts this country has to offer.

And that’s not all. Alongside the multi-genre events that are already planned, they’ve got two crews – Heaps Gay and Inner West Reggae Machine – on board to curate two massive events of their own.

The massive three-day expansion of the originally planned festival is set to be a huge one. Tickets are on sale now, with day tickets setting you back $50 + BF, and a pass for the whole weekend costing you just $130 + BF.
