Kylie Minogue Cancels This Week’s Sydney Show

Kylie Minogue has pulled the pin on her Sydney show this week due to illness.

The Aussie pop princess had been scheduled to play an intimate gig at The Beresford this Thursday night for Nova’s Red Room, but took to Twitter to break the news that she’s battling a throat infection and will have to reschedule.

“I’m so sorry to have to let you know that I can’t make the Red Room show this week,” Kyles tweeted.

“I have a throat infection and have been advised by my Doctor to rest. I have tried my best to get better in time but alas, Mother Nature needs some time to get me better. I’m so sorry.

“I’ll reschedule as soon as I can and I promise we’ll make up for it.”

The homegrown diva is primed to slay across multiple platforms in 2018, with plans to drop a new album and embark on her first national tour since 2015 this year following her return to the big screen in the film Swinging Safari.

Her long-awaited 14th studio album Golden, is due out on 6th April, and she’s promised a fully-fledged homecoming tour later this year to plug it.

Get well soon, bb.
