Lana Del Rey’s ‘Honeymoon’ Now Has A Release Date

Lana Del Rey fans, you can officially stop pacing your rooms, biting your nails and rocking maniacally back and forth muttering “soon”, because the noir-pop songstress has just confirmed the official release date for her highly anticipated fourth studio album Honeymoon.

As Pitchfork reports, the follow-up to her acclaimed 2014 Ultraviolence LP will reach our ears on Friday, September 18th.

The announcement follows the official release of the disc’s second track, High By The Beach, which came accompanied by a music video featuring a machine gun-toting Del Rey going Rambo on a freakin’ chopper.

Honeymoon, which we know also features the previously released title track, has been described by Del Rey as a “beautiful retro future record”.

Check out the video for High By The Beach below, along with an Instagram post from Del Rey with what we can probably assume is the album artwork, and commence countdown to September 18th.
