If you missed out on tickets to the Sydney Big Day Out, go to bed now, set your alarm and get down to the Sydney Showgrounds at 9am tomorrow morning.
Because that is when a very limited number of General Admission tickets to the opening leg of Australia’s most loved festival tour will go on sale to lucky punters at the gate.
Organisers made the announcement via their Facebook page about 15 minutes ago – but it is not clear just how many tickets will be available to those who rock up, and how long they will last. So, if you want to have the best chance possible, we suggest you get down there right on time.
Music Feeds will be backstage at Big Day Out Sydney tomorrow, providing you with up-to-the-minute updates from the event if any big news breaks. Joining us will be guest reporter Katie O’Neil, who won our Logitech competition to join the Music Feeds crew for the day and help us with our Sydney BDO coverage.
Earlier today, organisers issued a hot weather warning, with the temperature set to hit a stinkin’ 39 degrees, and a thunderstorm predicted for the afternoon. So drink plenty of water through-out the day, smother yourself in sunscreen and bring a hat. Check out all the information here.
