Founding member of Dinosaur Jr., Sebadoh and Deep Wound, acclaimed and respected musician Lou Barlow will be touring Australia throughout April, 2012.
Presented by Handsome Tours with the help of Music Feeds, the support acts for Barlow’s acoustic solo shows are all set.
Laura Macfarlance will open both Melbourne gigs. Macfarlane is known for her multi-instrumental abilities and is involved in numerous bands, including Lee Memorial and ninetynine.
Adelaide will be treated to the fuzzy ballad stylings of Hawks of Alba. Their track Look What You’ve Become has gained some attention over at triple j
Unity Floors will kick things off in Sydney. The band has just released their debut record Women’s Golf and their Facebook page has somehow defied timeline.
Those attending the Brisbane show on time will see Dom Miller in action. Miller is the guitarist and raspy vocalist for indie outfit Rocketsmiths.
The good folk of Perth will have the pleasure of sharing their evening with Adam James, frontman for WAMi the rock ‘n’ rollin’ band Emperors.
