Newcastle’s quirkiest heavy rock quartet, Maids, have just dropped a brand-new video for their track I’m Afraid, as well as letting us know they’ll be hitting the road and heading to a venue near you this April.
The stunning I’m Afraid tackles some rather dark and psychotic subject matter, and the accompanying video doesn’t slow the pace, exploring a drowned and deserted city that was shot entirely in drummer and vocalist Sean Cook‘s living room, with the help of production company Lumina Visual.
Maids will kick off an East Coast tour on Thursday, 10th April at Sydney’s Captain Cook Hotel, before playing shows in Melbourne and Brisbane, and then heading back to Sydney to do it all over again, as well as supporting King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard at their Newcastle show.
