MTNS Release ‘Salvage’ Music Video

Brisbane-based dream-pop impressionists MTNS have followed-up the announcement of their first ever headline tour and the release of their debut EP, Salvage, with a single of the same name, which the band have accompanied with a dreamscape-cum-music-video, directed by Josh Hodgman.

The band’s track Lost Track Of Time is quickly becoming a staple of end-of-year ‘Best Of’ lists, with their debut EP sparking its own special fire. The debut single has so far amassed 40,000 plays on SoundCloud, and reigned #1 on taste-maker chart Indie Shuffle’s “Most Popular” list.

Triple J rotation followed the single’s release and soon MTNS were selected to play one of two opening slots at the BIGSOUND 2013 conference. The band’s elegiac combo of thudding beats and dreamy synths then secured them support slots for the likes of Wolf And Cub, Andy Bull, and more.

The band’s debut headline tour will kick off Thursday, 6th February at the Black Bear Lodge in Brisbane, with a string of East Coast shows following before the tour concludes at Adelaide’s Ed Castle on Saturday, 22nd February. See all dates, and ticketing and venue details, below.
