Very recently, the company behind two of the most popular music stores around, Allans and Billy Hyde, was forced to go into receivership having fallen on hard times, putting regular clientele at a loss. However, a much smaller retailer has come to the rescue.
One of the consequences of the company going bust was that gift cards, even if they were within the expiry date, were effectively useless, leaving stacks of people in a pretty frustrating position. Now music retailer Pony Music has offered to accept the defunct vouchers at 50% of their value as an act of goodwill towards the local music community.
Pony Music offers similar services such as Recording Studios, Six Rehearsal Studios and a PA Hire Company as well as offering Repairs, Service and Music Lessons, so it’s not all so bad. For all the information you can visit the Pony Music Website.
