PRESIDENT Announce First-Ever Australian Headline Tour For 2027

The campaign trail is officially heading down under: mysterious UK heavy collective PRESIDENT have announced their first-ever Australian headline tour for February 2027.

Fresh from a sold-out US run supporting Bad Omens, PRESIDENT will hit five Aussie cities on their maiden headline jaunt, kicking off in Perth before rolling through Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane and wrapping things up in Sydney.

And they’ve recruited some formidable local support for the occasion, with Canberra alt-rock favourites Hands Like Houses joining them at every stop.

PRESIDENT – ‘dark heaven’

The tour announcement arrives just weeks out from the release of PRESIDENT’s debut full-length album, BLOOD OF YOUR EMPIRE, which is due to land on Friday, 4th September.

Emerging seemingly out of nowhere in 2025, the enigmatic collective have built an impressive amount of hype in a remarkably short space of time, operating beneath a veil of anonymity while blending heavy music with electronic experimentation and cinematic atmospherics.

Rather than revealing all and sundry about the humans behind the project, PRESIDENT have so far kept their cards deliberately close to their chest, placing the focus squarely on the music and mythology.

And that intrigue has translated quickly to the live arena.

Following their first performance at Download Festival in the UK last year, PRESIDENT have rapidly levelled up their touring operation, most recently joining Bad Omens for a sold-out run across the US.

Now, Aussie fans will get their first opportunity to experience a full PRESIDENT headline show when the campaign reaches our shores next February.

Along for the ride will be Hands Like Houses, who arrive armed with more than a decade of their own history in Australian alternative music.

The Canberra outfit have clocked up three Top 10 ARIA records, more than 300 million Spotify streams and extensive touring both at home and internationally.

Tickets to PRESIDENT’s debut Australian headline tour go on sale to the general public from 11am local time on Friday, 28th August, following Mastercard and Live Nation presales kicking off the day prior.
