Pulp Reissues On The Way

Recently reformed Britpop giants Pulp are to reissue their first three albums, originally released in the eighties and early nineties, later this year.

The albums in question are the 1983 debut It, 1987’s Freaks and 1992’s Separations.

The NME reports that the reissued LPs will come out on August 8, and benefit from new liner notes from illustrious UK music critic and current resident of Brisbane, Everett True.

While the albums are in fact not remastered, they do come with new artwork and in the case of Freaks and Separations, new bonus tracks.

In other Pulp news, the band recently played their first reunion show at Le Bikini in France. They will work there way up to Australia for the Splendour in the Grass line up in late July.
