After being arrested and charged with ten counts of aggravated sexual abuse last week, R. Kelly has plead not guilty to all ten counts after not being able to make bail.
At a bail hearing, his bond was set at $1 million and he was unable to make 10% of that. According to Consequence of Sound, Kelly is reportedly aiming to make bail by early this week. His lawyer, Steve Greenberg, says that Kelly’s legal issues have left his finances a “mess.”
While Kelly aims to pay the $100K, some fans have apparently opted to help him out. As reported by Consequence, a court clerk allegedly told a reporter that their office was receiving calls from female fans wanting to know how to post bail for Kelly.
However, Michael Avenatti, a lawyer representing two of the alleged victims, has revealed on Twitter that he will be handing over a second video showing Kelly engaging in sexual assault with a minor. Kelly’s arrest came after a first video was handed in to Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago.
I can confirm that we will be providing a second video showing R. Kelly engaged in sexual assault of a minor to prosecutors this morning. This tape was recently uncovered in connection with our ongoing nationwide investigation on behalf of victims. Justice must be done.

If Kelly is found guilty, he could faced up to 70 years in prison.
