Richie Sambora, Orianthi Sidewaves Announced

Legendary axe man Richie Sambora is heading our way for Soundwave 2014, and now the former Bon Jovi guitarist is doubling the good news, dropping Sidewave dates and giving fans his first-ever Australian solo headlining shows.

The rock ‘n’ roll icon will be playing in Sydney and Brisbane only in a pair of intimate shows, performing his epic catalogue of solo material, including latest record Aftermath Of The Lowdown. The co-writer of hits like Livin’ On A Prayer and You Give Love A Bad Name has promised to throw in a few surprises, sure to delight anyone who’s followed his remarkable 30-year career.

Sambora will be joined by Aussie singer-songwriter Orianthi, who’s played guitar for everyone from Michael Jackson to Alice Cooper. Tickets for these very special shows go on sale from Thursday, 6th February at 9:00am AEDT.
