His major label debut album, “Rick,” released in September 2023, received high praise from fans and critics alike for its honest storytelling and catchy tunes.“Rick is about my long, awkward path toward remembering myself as an artist. It’s been embarrassing and difficult, but also thrilling – kinda like changing your first name,” he said. “It’s everything I’ve ever wanted to do but was too scared to try.”

Ricky describes his journey in music as a rollercoaster ride, from his childhood in Los Angeles to playing in bands in Missouri and finally finding success with his music.

With his heartfelt lyrics and unique sound, Ricky Montgomery promises to deliver an unforgettable experience to audiences Down Under. So mark your calendars and get your tickets to see him live this May and June.

Tickets for Ricky’s Australian shows go on sale on Friday, March 15th, with Frontier Members getting early access the day before. Fans can expect to hear a rich mix of electro-pop and emo-inspired music.
