Brooklyn, New York’s Barclays Center hosted the 29th annual The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony on the night of Thursday, 10th April. The event was lined with a myriad of rock star-length speeches and performances. Music Feeds readers can check out our highlights package down below.
Remaining Nirvana members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic performed some of their band’s hit songs alongside artists like Lorde, Kim Gordon (formerly of Sonic Youth), Joan Jett and St Vincent.
Other performers on the night included Bruce Springsteen And The E Street Band; a tribute to the ailing Linda Ronstadt lead by Stevie Nicks, Sheryl Crow and Carrie Underwood; Hall & Oates; Peter Gabriel and Cat Stevens. The event also saw Dave Grohl and Courtney Love bury the hatchet.
