Rod Stewart Reschedules Australian Tour To 2022

Rod Stewart has been forced to postpone his 2020 The Hits! tour by two years due to ongoing travel restrictions and limitations on mass gatherings in Australia due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Originally due to kick off from this October, Stewart has announced rescheduled dates for March and April 2022, with the run of shows set to begin in Perth on Saturday, 12th March. Promoters have also shared the news that the Canberra leg of the tour has been cancelled.

Previously purchased tickets will be valid for new dates, with refunds available at point of purchase for those who are unable to attend.

“Hi guys, Rod Stewart here. I’m so sorry to say my tour this year has been postponed,” commented the singer. “But I’ll be there in 2022, March and April, and it’s going to be great. Hold on to your tickets.”

The dates include a number of headline shows along with multiple a day on the green events.
