Queensland rockers ROLLERBALL are a band at the peak of their powers. Guitarist Dave Talon & singer Matt Tenpin Boland formed the band in 1998 & along with drummer Cam Cracker Roach & Stew Boots Maclennan on bass, they have created a retro-futuristic sound that has garnered a cult following around the globe.
Submarine is the new album & features stunning sci-fi artwork from German illustrator Alex Von Wieding (Monster Magnet). Recorded in 5 days at Black Box Studios in Brisbane with acclaimed engineer Jeff Lovejoy(Cruel Sea, Powderfinger), the goal of the recording was to capture the intensity & raw power of the Rollerball live experience.

Rollerball launch the new album SUBMARINE at The Excelsior Surry Hills Friday 28th August with Crazy Legs Vermin & stoner demons Mother Mars and at The Basement in Canberra 29th August with Looking Glass and Syd outfit Buzzard
Long regarded as one of the country’s most incendiary live bands, Rollerball are ready to tear the roof off….. Sharing stages with stoner legends Queens Of The Stoneage, Monster Magnet, Fu Manchu, Budgie & Oz rock royalty The Angels & Rose Tattoo; Rollerball are the real deal.

Take a mix of AC/DC, Kyuss, Blue Oyster Cult & Thin Lizzy & you get a hint of the unique Rollerball sound- massive riffs, surrealist lyrics, tribal rhythms & pounding grooves.
