After more than two decades of relentless riffs and rebellion, Stray From The Path are hanging up their guitars. The New York metallic hardcore heroes recently announced their decision to disband, surprise-dropping their latest album Clockworked as a furious swansong.
Now, Aussie fans will score one last chance to see the band live, thanks to SFTP unveiling plans for one final Australian tour for later this year.
Stray From The Path – ‘Shot Caller’
The band will hit our shores in August this year, plotting a six-date itinerary of 18+ shows which will see them visit fans in Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
What’s more, they’ll be joined by some big support acts in the form of US metalcore act Orthodox – who’ll be making their first ever trip down under – and local modern-metallers Diamond Construct.
Stray From The Path have carved out a legacy that few in hardcore can rival. With each crushing record and high-voltage live set, the quartet—Tom Williams, Drew Dijorio, Anthony Altamura, and Craig Reynolds—honed a sound that fused razor-sharp riffs with hip-hop swagger and an unflinching social conscience. They didn’t just play shows—they sparked movements, turning mosh pits into rallying cries against injustice. And now, with Clockworked, they’re bowing out at full force: loud, unapologetic, and more vital than ever.
