The Beach Boys Announce 2017 Co-Headlining Australian Tour With The Temptations

Get mum on the blower because two of her childhood faves are coming to Australia for a co-headlining tour next February.

The Beach Boys are teaming up with Motown legends The Temptations to bring some Good Vibrations to both regional and metro crowds down under in 2017.

The dream California Surf and Motor City Soul double bill will be visiting fans in Sydney, plus — somewhat randomly — Orange, Wollongong, Wagga Wagga & Tamworth in NSW & the Tasmanian suburb of Glenorchy. That’s all that seems to have been announced so far but we’ll keep you updated if any more shows are added to the itinerary.

The tour will see Mike Love and Bruce Johnston, who along with Jeff Foskett, Tim Bonhomme, John Cowsill, Brian Eichenberger and Scott Totten will be performing the band’s biggest hits and fan faves from across their huge, decade-spanning career.

While The Temptations — returning to our shores following last year’s stint at The Bureau — will also be performing some of their biggest hits on the tour, such as My Girl, Ball Of Confusion and Papa Was A Rollin’ Stone.

Tickets to the surf-soul tour go on sale from midday Monday, 24th October. Catch all the details below.
