Tones and I has shared the music video for the title track of debut EP The Kids Are Coming. The clip is directed by Alan Del Rio Ortiz, who has collaborated on videos for the likes of Blood Orange, Solange and Maggie Rogers.
It’s been a pretty wild year for the songwriter, whose meteoric rise has seen her gone from an unknown to arguably one of the country’s biggest contemporary pop names in an extremely short matter of time.
Having released the EP last month, spearheaded by singles like ‘Dance Monkey’, Tones and I will be on tour throughout Australia and internationally for the remainder of 2019. Bad news if you’re a fan and missed out on a ticket, though, as national tour dates are basically all sold out besides an appearance at Victoria’s Land of Plenty festival in November, and Laneway Festival dates in February 2020.
