The Stiffys Warm Up For New EP With Exercise Video

“This is the first time we’ve ever had a record in the shops before and we’re really excited because the ladies will probably know all the words to our songs,” says Adam Stagg, drummer of Melbourne-based erectile rock duo The Stiffys, of the pair’s forthcoming new EP, We Are Groovy Boys.

“We used to just sing about stiffies but we’ve sort of outgrown that – we’ve matured as artists,” says bass player Jason Leigh of the new release, which is slated for release next Friday, 14th March, one night after the boys rock Frankie’s Pizza in Sydney as part of their current Groovy Boys tour.

To celebrate this new, mature era in the career of The Stiffys, Adam and Jason have taken time out of their busy touring schedule to help their fans stay fit and limber, unveiling, by popular demand, the second part of their exercise video, guiding their fans through essential exercises, like rolling.
