Tour Guide: Dream On Dreamer, Caitlin Park, The Harpoons

It’s an eclectic Tour Guide today, with shows from relentless post-hardcore act Dream On, Dreamer, a farewell hometown show from Sydney singer-songwriter Caitlin Park before she jets off overseas and an album launch tour for genre-bending melodic four piece, The Harpoons.

Dream On Dreamer ‘…And The Light Pulled Me Back’ Tour

Melbourne’s own post-hardcore act Dream On, Dreamer can’t seem to keep still, having already clocked up two national tours already this year, and now they’re at it again. After dropping the new single Darkness Brought Me Here, the band have announced another run of shows along the east coast.

The Melbourne post-hardcore stalwarts will kick things off at he Halloween Hardcore Ball in Hastings, Victoria on Friday, 31st October before heading to shows in Melbourne, Canberra, Wollongong, Parramatta, Newcastle, Brisbane and Sydney.

2014 has been a turbulent year for the band with drummer Aaron Fiocca fighting cancer and a lineup change with the addition of Chris Shaw (ex House Vs Hurricane) on bass. The band say they and Aaron are now fighting fit and are currently busy writing their third album scheduled for release in 2015.

Expect Dream On, Dreamer to test some new material live, plus fan favourites on this upcoming tour, which will be the last chance to catch them before they head off to Europe in the new year. See all the tour dates and ticketing information below.
