Turbonegro Australian Tour 2012 – Meredith Festival Sideshows

For the first time since 2003, Norwegian death-punks Turbonegro will be headlining a series of shows on Aussie soil. The gang will be in town for this year’s Meredith Festival and will be bringing with them their brand new album.

Earlier this year, the band released their 9th studio album, Sexual Harassment, to a response that was as positive as ever. This was no surprise though as Turbonegro’s music has inspired a cult-like following with official fan club members all over the world, even Sydney.

Probably best known for their 2005 hit All My Friends Are Dead, the band has had a rocky road to get to this point. However, despite having dismembered (returning due to massive demand), losing their troubled vocalist, and having to reign in a new drummer, the band is stronger than ever in its 2012 form with original members Happy Tom, Euroboy and Rune Rebellion.

You will be able to experience the “parody that ended up as a revolution” at the below dates.
