Twenty One Pilots Announce Australian Arena Tour

While their Australian fans can still hear the ringing in their ears from the bands last run of Australian tour dates, twenty one pilots have announced yet another headline run in Australia, kicking things up to the stadium level come March 2017 for their EMØTIØNAL RØADSHØW World Tour.

The duo were recently in town as part of Groovin The Moo. Their sideshows were clearly the place to be, with all of them, including two in Sydney, selling out. It’s clear they’re going to need a bigger boat, so to speak, with the next run taking place at the biggest venues Australia has on offer.

How big? Well, twenty one pilots, the beloved alt-pop oddities are now playing the same venues as Bieber and Taylor Swift when they’re in Australia.

The duo will head shows at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena, Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena and finish up their stadium tour at Perth Arena.

The band exploded Down Under off the back of their gold-certified new album Blurryface, although already they had amassed a worthy following here. Their previous album Vessel contains three gold-certified singles including Car Radio, House Of Gold and Holding On To You.
