UNIFY Gathering‘s 2017 festival hasn’t even happened yet but they’re already looking to the future with organisers announcing they’ve started work on the 2018 lineup.
Next year’s festival is set to be headlined by Alexisonfire and Violent Soho which is a pretty knockout top line but it sounds like they want to go even bigger in 2018.
Organisers took to Facebook to ask fans who they’d like to see on the bill as well as announcing, “Our plan is to focus on a heavy as fuck lineup to start with.”
“We have some sick ideas for headliners, and lots of young Australian bands we want to get onto the big stage for their shot.”
Fans have already inundated the comments section with who they’d like to see on the bill and the one racking up the most likes at the moment is Architects.
One fans wants to see them play their album Hollow Crown from start to finish and by the sounds of it plenty of people are down with that. UNIFY even threw the comment a like.
The Melbourne festival is set to go down next month but at least once that’s over we’ve got the 2018 bill to look forward to.
