In just three hours today, the inaugural Australian two day heavy music event, UNIFY Gathering, has sold out online with a very limited number of tickets available at selected retail stores.
In January 2015, the 3000-capacity camping festival will take place in South Gippsland with a slew of Australian punk, hardcore and metal acts on the lineup including, The Amity Affliction, In Hearts Wake, Deez Nuts, Thy Art Is Murder, a reunited Break Even and Northlane, who will presumably have a replacement lead vocalist for the event.
UNIFY Gathering organisers, Australian label UNIFIED and the folks from The Hills Are Alive, describe the event as a unique, community-driven gathering with a “punter-friendly” atmosphere. A host of additional entertainment over the two days include live DJs, a late-night cinema, a mini-golf course, a sports field, street-cart food, plus both BYO and licensed areas.
Head to the UNIFY website for the list of stores which still have a limited number of tickets for the January gathering. Check out the full lineup below and head here for all your UNIFY Gathering questions answered.
