On what would have been Amy Winehouse’s 28th birthday, the BBC have aired the full duet Body And Soul recorded by Amy Winehouse and Tony Bennett before her death (below).
Speaking about recording with Winehouse, Bennett said: Recording with Amy was just so beautiful, and I knew after singing with her what a true artistic genius she was because she performed with total and complete honesty — that is a very rare quality.
Amy Winehouse died in June and the cause of death is still unknown. Although a drug overdose was suspected, the first toxicology Report revealed there were no drugs in her system at the time of her death.
