Watch Ball Park Music & Their M8s Cover The Beatles’ ‘Hey Jude’ On ‘The Set’

Ball Park Music have a knack for taking on what some would think are un-coverable classics and completely exceeding expectations, and they’ve done it again on the season finale of ABC’s The Set.

While there is no word on whether the live music television show that we’ve desperately needed for so long will be returning next year just yet, BPM have given this year’s season an amazing send off by tackling no easy feat – covering The Beatles‘ ‘Hey Jude.’

Because it’s no easy feat, the band invited a whole bunch of their mates to join them on stage, including some faces and voices you might recognise. Tia Gostelow and Angie McMahon hopped in and lended their talents to the all-time cover too.

ICYWW, The Beatles are celebrating a pretty important milestone this week, marking the 50th anniversary of the band’s self-titled album, more commonly known as The White Album.

Ball Park Music have a penchant for taking on classics, having famously covered – and doing justice to – Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ at Splendour In The Grass back in 2014.

Watch the band’s cover of ‘Hey Jude’, as well as a performance of their own songs ‘Hands Off My Body’ and ‘It’s Nice To Be Alive’ below.
