Kacey Musgraves is somehow still touring her 2018 album, Golden Hour, and for her latest run of shows she brought out a special surprise – Harry Styles.
Over the weekend, Musgraves wrapped up her Oh, What A World: Tour II run of shows in her hometown of Nashville. Not only has she set the record for the highest attendance of any female performer at that venue – Bridgestone Arena, with 18,373 people in attendance – but she also had a few surprises in store.
Firstly, she united with opening act Maggie Rogers to perform an awesome cover of Whitney Houston’s seminal classic ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody.’
Then, she brought out Harry Styles – who she has previously opened for – to do a duetted rendition of Golden Hour cut ‘Space Cowboy’ and it is absolutely beautiful.
Musgraves toured Australia earlier this year, where she refused to do a shoey, accidentally made international news and then did a shoey out of a glass slipper. We’re simply not worthy.
