The Strokes haven’t released new music in three years, but it looks like we’re on the cusp of finally getting more as the band have debuted a new song while performing in LA.
While playing a benefit gig at The Wiltern in LA last night, Pitchfork reports the band debuted new song called ‘The Adults Are Talking’ among a stacked setlist of all the band’s biggest hits and some of their rarest deep cuts.
They performed a bunch of songs for the time since 2006, according to Setlist.fm, like ‘Ize Of The World’, ‘On the Other Side’ and ‘The Way It Is’. On top of that, they also debuted a cover of seminal Erasure track ‘A Little Respect.’
The Strokes were last in Australia back in 2016, for their mammoth headlining set at Splendour In The Grass.
