Watch Violent Soho Smash A Grinspoon Classic With Phil Jamieson Live At Groovin The Moo Maitland

Grinspoon frontman Phil Jamieson has crashed Violent Soho‘s set at Groovin The Moo Maitland to bust out a cover of one of his band’s vintage cuts.

Teaming with Mansfield’s Finest frontman Luke Boerdom for dual-assault vocals the alt-rock icon delivered a ball-tearing rendition of Grinners’ 1995 track ‘More Than You Are’.

The Soho crew — who FYI are definitely not breaking up –have posted footage of part of the performance, as well as some of their backstage shenanigans with Phil on Insta, which you can check out below.

Meanwhile you can catch Grinspoon performing the track live for themselves when they hit the road on their massive Guide To Better Living 20th anniversary tour from June onwards.

BTW Groovin The Moo heads to Bendigo next Saturday ahead of dates in Canberra and Bunbury.
