Tash Sultana performed at Sydney’s Hordern Pavillion last night as part of the Great Southern Nights series. Now, their two-hour set is available for your viewing.
The multi-instrumentalist takes us through their classics like ‘Big Smoke’, ‘Notion’, and ‘Jungle’, while throwing in new tracks like ‘Pretty Lady’ and ‘Beyond the Pine’.
Posting on Instagram about the performance, Sultana wrote, “I waited all year patiently for this one night. I rehearsed every single day for months. This room was more than I could have ever dreamed last night, I can’t believe I played a real show with real people this year.”
Sultana also announced the Hordern Pavillion show would be their last solo loop show.
“I’ll be performing my last solo looping show this Saturday in Sydney,” Tash wrote on Instagram.
“Please don’t stress about me quitting because I’m definitely not, it’s just that my new albums on the way and it’s a whole new show.”
Tash Sultana’s new album Terra Firma is due for release Friday, 19th February 2021.
