Paul Kelly Joins ‘Living Legends’ Series At The Tote

Paul Kelly has joined the lineup for the Living Legends Series, presented by Yarra’s Leaps and Bounds Music Festival, which will honour three renowned Melbourne based musicians, Kim Salmon, Spencer P Jones and Charlie Owen, over three consecutive nights at The Tote in Collingwood.

Paul Kelly will take the stage this Sunday afternoon, July 13th to honour the work of Charlie Owen, including material from Louis Tillet & His Cast of Aspersions, The New Christs, the Divinyls and more.

Also added to the line up for Sunday is Wishful featuring Paul Kelly’s daughters Memphis and Maddy Kelly, who will join the likes of Adalita, Mick Harvey, Joel Silbersher, Dan Kelly, Dan Brodie, Penny Ikinger, Grindhouse and many more.

A cast of musicians have already been announced to honour the living legends. The work of Kim Salmon will be celebrated by Gareth Liddiard, Mick Harvey, Dan Kelly, Caroline Kennedy, Brian Hooper and more. While the music of Spencer P Jones will be celebrated by Adalita, Dan Brodie, Geoff Corbett, Tom Lyngcoln and many more.

The Leaps and Bounds Music Festival’s “Living Legends” shows will take place at The Tote over one weekend, beginning on Friday, 11th July and finishing up on Sunday, 13th July. The three musicians being honoured will not be performing themselves, but will be in attendance.
