It’s taken some time, but Jon Bon Jovi and co have announced that they will be sticking around for a while longer when in Sydney, locking in an extra show at Sydney Entertainment Centre for Sunday 15th December. Tickets to the bonus gig will be going on sale Friday 15th November.
Fans will have the option to purchase tickets through a Telstra-powered incentive which will have a pre-sale option running for 28 hours via BangTango however it was that same system that left many loyal (and patient) fans of the band seeing red, with many missing out on tix all together.
Melbourne managed to score confirmation of their second show as far back as May, with the rock icons locking in a second performance at Etihad Stadium. Sydney has taken a little while longer to commit to tickets, and this second show will be happening at a different venue than the first.
Kid Rock has been announced as support for all shows, though it’s been made clear that he will not be performing sideshows.
