Bon Jovi Australian Tour Confirmed For 2013

Bon Jovi have confirmed that next year will see the band embark on one of their classic massive worldwide headlining tours. Countries said to be included in the forthcoming announcement include the US, Europe, Far East, Africa, Latin America and (drum roll please)…Australia.

Titled the Because We Can world tour, the run of dates is sure to leave you short of breath just reading through it. But with the long-lasting reputation of the rock band, you can’t rest for too long. So to coincide with the release of their latest album What About Now, the band will be loading up the van – well, private jet – and hitting the roads of the world, or sky-ways if you will.

According to Ultimate Guitar, the band issued a statement claiming: “The group’s return to the road in 2013 will cap an incredible run which has secured Bon Jovi’s status as the essential live rock band, having performed more than 2700 concerts in over 50 countries for more than 35million fans, and earning the number-one grossing worldwide tour twice in just three years.”

The tour will kick off in Canada, February 13, 2013 before slowly but surely making its way to us.
