Due to the poor quality of the below footage, we’re not really allowed to say that US rapper A$AP Rocky slapped a female fan during his performance at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion. But, as you can clearly see in the below footage, A$AP Rocky totally more than likely totally slapped a female fan during his performance at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion.
While getting amongst the crowd – flanked by security guards, of course – Rocky managed to get within an arm’s length of one particular fan, who began to tap him on the head before gesturing for a kiss. It was then that an arm popped up, and an open hand slapped that fan right across the face. The slapper then seems to sternly address the fan, pointing a firmly extended finger straight at her.
It still hasn’t been confirmed that Rocky was on the other end of the offending arm, though if it is this wouldn’t be the first violent act on behalf of the buzzworthy artist. Back in 2012, he pleaded guilty to grand larceny after lunging at two photographers, so maybe it’s all only just starting to boil to the surface.
A$AP’s also got form for erratic behaviour post head-related intrusion during concerts, previously cancelling a show in Germany because – wait for it – somebody stole his hat.
