Anton Newcombe has revealed he will release the Brian Jonestown Massacre’s 13th album on May 1st 2012. The album will be titled Aufheben and Anton has been releasing a number of demos on YouTube.
So far no other details on the album have been revealed, however the band have just announced a run of US tour dates throughout April and May. Which members will play on the tour is also yet to be revealed, hopefully we see Matt Hollywood and Joel Gion back on tour again. There are also rumours that BJM will announce an Australian tour for late May, which would be the band’s third visit in just 6 years.
