With a brand-new album expected to drop sometime early 2014, it’s high time Cosmo Jarvis made his way back to his adoring Australian fans and, this October, that’s exactly what will be happening as the Devon lad heads Down Under for a run of headlining shows alongside a slot at Fat As Butter 2013 and Full Noise 2013.
Through a slew of successful hits including Love This, Sure As Hell Not Jesus, and Gay Pirates, the 23-year-old shape-shifter has successfully managed to infiltrate the Australian market. Possessing a sound that touches on many genres without landing on any specific one, Jarvis has earned a rep as a musician who will follow his sonic instinct, rather than following trends.
Through regular releases, be they audio or visual, Cosmo Jarvis has become an impossible to ignore figure in today’s musical landscape. Gay Pirates in particular has attracted enough views to populate a medium-sized city.
